If you had a OneMedical account linked to your personal email, call OneMedical and they will be able to merge it to your work account and get free membership.

To claim your One Medical Employer Sponsored Membership, please complete the following steps:

Enter the eligible employee’s work email address
When asked “Who is the membership for?”, either select “Myself” or “Spouse or adult member” and, where available, “Child membership”
