Whether you’re thinking about starting a family in the near or distant future, are currently pregnant or raising children, Maven provides free, 24/7 access to specialized virtual care, trustworthy resources, and more. Find support for fertility, adoption, surrogacy, pregnancy and postpartum, loss, and return to work coaching—all by activating your free Maven account. Get reimbursed for up to a lifetime maximum of $20,000 for eligible IVF/IUI, egg freezing, adoption or surrogacy expenses and up to $5,000 for maternity and reproductive travel expenses if you live in a jurisdiction where the medical care or procedure is restricted or otherwise unavailable.

Who’s eligible?: US-based full time Codans and their partners. Unlike One Medical, you do not need to be on a health insurance plan offered through Coda/Sequoia One.

Lifetime Reimbursements via Maven Wallet:

$20,000 for family planning and forming

$5,000 for reproductive travel if you live in a jurisdiction where the medical care or procedure is restricted or otherwise unavailable
