This is a monthly benefit and is not tied to any plan year or calendar year set-up. Your balance will automatically roll over each month until end of employment with Coda at which point, those funds will be forfeited if not used.
Participation in this benefit and the contribution amount can be changed at any time throughout the plan year.

If an employee recently started with the company, their new hire information feeds over to Navia on a weekly file feed for processing. Once the file is received, it takes Navia a few business days to process a new hire’s eligibility in the system. Once an employee is automatically marked as eligible in the system, the employee will receive a welcome email inviting them to register for a Navia account. Employees can expect to receive the welcome email from Navia within 2 weeks of their date of hire.
