Time to take a break!
Give yourselves plenty of breaks throughout the sprint, especially if it’s a sprint. Lunch is a great opportunity to take a break, do more , or give people free time away from their computers. Do what feels best for your team.
In an in-person sprint, the facilitator makes sure food and caffeine are available. In a remote sprint, you’ll have to remind the team to be ready with something quick:
“Tell participants to think ahead to what they might want for snacks and lunch and prepare these in advance. Maybe a flask of coffee if you know leaving the room might be hard (kids!)”
