While everyone else prototypes, the Interviewer prepares for interviewing customers.
Here’s what the
@Interviewer
should work on as the rest of the team prototypes:
Write interview script. The
@Interviewer
prepares for Friday’s test by writing a script. (p. 188)
Remind customers to show up for Friday’s test. Email is good, phone call is better.
Buy gift cards for customers. We usually use $100 gift cards.

In our normal work routines, there are few days where we begin with a big task, follow a precise plan of action, and end the day finished. is that kind of day, and it’s pretty darn satisfying.
