Ramping Interviewers
In order to interview at Digit, we require our interviewers to complete General Interviewer Training which includes topics like unconscious bias training. Afterwards, interviewers then must get ramped to conduct specific interviews, this consists of shadowing and reverse shadowing the interview in question.
