Planning Teams

Planning teams are an extension of each product Squad. Cycle planning should involve key stakeholders outside of the tech org, including members of sales, marketing, customer support, and operations.
Note: A key principle of this approach to product planning is that the wisdom of the collective is greater than the wisdom of the individual or team. Much of this process is guided by that principal.
Use this page to extend your Product Squads with the appropriate stakeholders. Don’t worry about having too many people in your planning workshops. This process is designed to engage the opinions of many in an efficient and non-disruptive way.
