Team working sessions

What is a Working Session?

The People Team holds this dedicated time as a weekly placeholder for team collaboration. This is a good time to tag your fellow team members for active feedback and discussion to help unblock your work. This can be informal without any write-up, but please do add your topic at least 24 hours in advance to allow others to arrange their day accordingly.
You may also use this time to discuss a pre-planned, co-learning topic as a team.
What is it not? The People Team Standup deep-dive topics are a better forum for alignment and updates.
