Include any internal notes about the request (the employee will not see these notes)
Click the Acknowledge button so that the employee is informed that their request has been received and read.
When you push the Acknowledge button, the employee will receive the following:

Once you are ready to take action and inform the employee of the update, you can also work from the doc to update the employee over Slack.
Write your response to the ticket request in the Updates column.
Include the date to help track
Click the Send Update button

Once a ticket request is completed, in the same In Progress table, you can click the Close Out Tix to mark is as done. It will be removed from your In Progress and Blocked tables. The employee will receive the following message:
