Any employee is eligible to receive a bonus except for executive-staff and members of the recruiting team. If you are a manager and refer someone who ends up being a candidate for your own team, you are not eligible.
What counts as a referral?
We consider a referral to be a warm lead.
Ideally, you've reached out to them and pitched them about why you love working at our company.
You've gotten them excited to talk to someone here.
At minimum, a referral is:
Introduced to the recruiting team directly via email
Submitted to the team and ready to be contacted
What doesn't count as a referral?
A lead - giving recruiting team someone's name and/or contact information without an introduction does not count as a referral.
If someone applies to the company, and you realize you know them, it does not count as a referral, but you should still get very involved in selling them and getting them excited!
Sometimes multiple people submit the same referral at similar times, or a referral helps push a candidate, who the recruiting team independently contacted, get back into the process. Or sometimes a candidate is contacted by the recruiting team, and then reaches out to you for advice or to get the lowdown.
Most of the time, there is a clear sense of who was first to contact, or submit into our ATS or to a recruiter via another medium. But when it’s a little grey, we’ll work with all parties involved to come up with a fair solution!
When do I get the bonus?
We will process your bonus with our payroll provider, 1 month after your referral starts.
If I choose to do a donation, what are the requirements for the charity?
It must have a 501(c) certification (non-profit organization).
