The 10 customer centers below reflect common scenarios where the Gainsight team finds opportunities for me to meet with customers.
For each customer center, I’ve included the intended collaborators from your team (”Who to share with”) as well as the relevant email template(s) that correspond to that center. For example, the center is meant to be shared with your sales team who will likely use the Ghost Note template to create drafts in your inbox. Note: two of the customer centers don’t have email templates because those conversations typically happen in person or on channels other than email.
