Week Prep

This is the most important part of managing time like money ー starting every week setting up your calendar to be in line with the time budgets you've set. Start by:
Selecting a date from the week you want to plan
Make any adjustments to your category allocation for the week (e.g. if you're traveling for work and won't see family).
Populate your calendar for the week with an eye towards your allocations using Google Calendar (I like to keep my calendar open as I plan the week ー refreshing the synced table as needed in Coda!).
Sync your events, categorize new events, and ensure your Week Totals match your Allocation.

Pro tip: I like to keep a close eye on my to-do list for this part ー dedicating blocks of time to make progress on whatever is at the top of my list ().
