I began creating this template for my own peace of mind, as I am a canine handler on a search and rescue team with two of my dogs, Maverick (ret.) and Marshall. When we are out in the field there are many potential dangers that we can encounter - and in the event of an emergency, I wanted access to their medical records quickly and easily.
Whether you are a new pet parent or out on a search mission, we hope that you can use our template to keep track of your dog’s important information!
