Before we proceed, I will sign an NDA if required. You will then grant me access to your current Coda workspace and any other relevant documentation or software that contains your existing workflows.

We will have a deep-dive session where we thoroughly discuss your needs, pain points, and expectations. From this, along with the current state of your workspace, I will create a comprehensive estimate for the project.

Upon acceptance of the offer, I will initiate a new project in Coda where I will document all project-related tasks, milestones, and results. This will be shared with you for full transparency.

You will then assign a project champion from your team who will be my point of contact throughout the project.

Building Your Customized Coda.io Solution

Tailoring Coda to Your Needs

During this phase, we will agree on the possible solutions and discuss potential templates that would best suit your needs. This will be based on your documentation and my understanding of your work process.

I will create a prototype of your new system in my workspace, which you can duplicate in your own workspace for closer inspection. I’ll continue to refine and move to the next milestone only when you’re satisfied with the current deliverable.

Large projects will be broken into manageable milestones and we will have weekly sync-up calls (30 min) to review progress and address any concerns. For larger teams, I will also schedule individual calls (1 hour) with each department or team lead to understand their specific needs.

Delivering Your New System and Training Your Team

Empowering Your Team to Take Full Advantage of Coda

I can provide basic training to your team in the early stages of our project if they are new to Coda. The final training (1-2 hours) will focus on using and managing the new workspace I built, with a focus on replicability for future initiatives.

After the training, your team will have a week to test the new system and provide feedback. After this testing phase, I will refine the system based on your feedback and deliver the final workspace.
