Progress update:
Project is going as planned but running into a few obstacles and issues. We were able to purchase the bonds but there are some blockers preventing the casino developer from building on the open land.
There are also rumors that the governor may decide to move the location of the casino to a new city. This would completely derail the project. We will have to deal with owning junk bonds and potentially seizing Sandicot’s assets as we are the first lien. This would also send the Sandicot community into a spiral.
