So you’re interested in learning more about removing carbon from the atmosphere, and you want to have some learning accountability and structure and to meet some cool other people interested in carbon dioxide removal. Exciting!
The Air Miners Boot-Up is designed to help you more deeply understand carbon removal approaches, learn about companies and organizations in the space, make new carbon removal friends, and figure out where you want to go next.
The Boot-Up consists of 2 group meetings/week (each an hour long) for 4 weeks. Before each meeting, there will be assigned educational content from the Carbon Removal Academy curriculum for you to go through at your own pace, with whatever time you’re willing to commit to the program. In the meetings, you’ll discuss what you learned and hang out with your group of 5-7 fellow Air Miners. Complete the course and you’ll be mailed a free, super exclusive Boot-Up Badge!
The Boot Up is created in partnership with Carbon Removal Academy, a developer of learning content for carbon removal, Work on Climate, an action-oriented Slack community for people serious about climate work, and Anthropocene Institute, an organization seeking to accelerate the technological and community innovations necessary to address the needs of our plane.
