Weekly Update Table Fields

Weekly Status Update – The main text of the update, summarizing progress, challenges, or key insights.
DRI (Directly Responsible Individual) – Assigned when a Task or Blocker is owned by someone other than the person reporting it.
CBI (Created By Individual) – The team member who wrote the update.
Type – The category of the update, such as Task, Blocker, Learning, Win, Note, or Data.
Status – The current state of a Task (e.g., Not started, Completed, Not done).
Due Date – Only for Tasks; specifies when a Task is due if different from the end of the week.
Week – The week the update applies to, either reflecting past progress or planning ahead.
Notes – Additional context or details relevant to the update.
MR (Monthly Report) – Marks whether this update should be included in the monthly report.
