Facilitator Instructions:

1) Set the desired end state: Rename the table "Set desired end state" to [your desired end state]

2) Add ideas: Click on the (+) icon at the top-right of each list and write your idea in the "IDEA" form of the popup.

3) Add Categories: Based on the ideas created in your SWOT, add categories to further organize your ideas by clicking on the "Add a Category" button.
