Silent reading (20 min)

This part of the meeting is conducted in silence (with mics muted on video calls) so people can focus on reading and commenting on the PR FAQs without any distractions.

1. Clarify the process

Host: Invite everyone to a time of silent reading where they are 20-minutes to read all 3-parts of the PR FAQ writeup during this time.
1. Remind participants to click the ‘Done reading...’ button.
2. Start the timer once everyone’s ready to get started.

2. Start the 20-minute timer

Host: Start the timer once everyone’s ready to get started. If sharing your screen, you can zoom in on just this timer so everyone can keep an eye on it.
